This is what awaits you:
- Your training begins with an introductory week at a nearby hotel. Here, you will get to know your training company as well as your colleagues and gain initial insights into our products and activities.
- Gradually, you will learn about the quality of our building materials and raw materials.
- Your tasks also include the preparation and production of samples.
- You will also thoroughly engage with the measurement and testing of materials for ingredients, composition, consistency, strength, and compatibility.
- Your area of responsibility is rounded off with precise quality control and further development of the finished products.

You can apply for training from July in the next year
We need a cover letter, a CV, and your current certificate. Of course, you can also send us other documents such as internship certificates or training certificates.
Upon successful submission of your online application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address provided.
After your successful online application, we will inform you as soon as possible whether your application has convinced us. If so, in the next step we will invite you to a job interview. If you also convince us in this, you will receive approval and your training contract.
Your training starts with an induction day. Here you will get to know our company, some locations, your trainers and your colleagues. Additionally, after this week we will organize three more induction days so that you can arrive well prepared in your department.
